Innkeeper's Collection Brighton, Patcham

I have some struggles with mobility and a lovely member of staff helped me with taking my bags to my room, which was greatly appreciated. Every member of staff who I interacted with was professional, friendly and polite. I felt very welcomed. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my nights stay. I will definitely be staying again.

Stayed here for two nights with my family. We booked the family room (room 106) which had a huge kingsize and double sofa bed. Room smelt musty on arrival and the window was a skylight in the roof of the room, which left the room dull. There was a remote to open the window, which we eventually figured out - no instructions. There is a side entrance to access bedrooms 101-106 and accessed via a key fob. The stay was comfortable, rooms a little outdated, but parking excellent. Breakfast was standard. I do think the Innkeepers could be spruced up a bit. Bus access to Brighton was fab. We caught the 270 into the city and paid for our tickets via visa card. Shout out to the young staff member at Innkeepers with the braids. This young man worked so hard and nothing was too much for him when asked. Always smiling. Would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with this hotel. I had read some reviews and was sceptical, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was large, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and great shower. Nothing to not like.

Lovely hotel, lovely location, and lovely lovely staff all were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself and the hotel rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. I stayed here with my friends and family, a large group of 13 of us, taking up 7 rooms. Every room has everything you need and the beds are extremely comfy. Every single one of us had a brilliant night sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was lovely you can adjust the power and the heat very easily. Great choice of drinks and cocktails Breakfast was amazing. Everything on the plate was cooked perfectly, eveyone had there steaks and eggs cooked to there desire and they all come out prefect. Extremely tasty . Will be definitely returning soon thank you for a lovely stay.

Exceptional Stay! Miller Carter Innkeeper’s Lodge in Patcham Brighton exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless, stylish, and offered a stunning view—perfect for unwinding. The service was warm and attentive, and the kitchen delivered incredible meals bursting with flavor. Whether it’s the cozy atmosphere or the amazing food, this place is a must-visit. A thoroughly delightful stay, starting with a very warm welcome which continued throughout our stay. The room was bigger than expected and felt very spacious and comfortable. Extra touches with the stay being for our anniversary just added to the experience. Followed by dinner in the restaurant that evening and drinks before and after just made the stay even better. A delicious breakfast also followed the next morning to finish our stay!
